Storm damage happens, especially with heavy wet Colorado snow. The wind can also wreak havoc on your trees. I’ve handled everything from a large limbs on a rooftop, to entire trees laying on vehicles.
If you notice storm damage in your neighborhood or hear about it on the news, please have an arborist check your trees. Often times there will be fractured limbs that keep growing, but cause problems for the surrounding limbs. If it grows multiple seasons without being trimmed or removed, you might lose the limbs that it is resting on as well as the broken piece.
